Our Team

Since 1995, Nashoba has experienced growth like few companies experience and the best is yet to come.   From a winery destined to become a real estate development in the early 90's to a propsering business that continues to evolve, there are too many people to thank for assisting us along the way.  From Larry Ames, the original winemaker in 1984 that helped us resurrect the winery, to  incredible chefs that developed our 4 star restaurant, to retail managers that saw our vision, to hard working orchard and vineyard teams that continue to assist with the expansion of our agricultural activities, Nashoba success is a result of a lot of people and friends that saw something special and cared to put forth the incredible effort to make us what we are today.   

In 1994, Nashoba was a winery with 5 employees.  In 2019, Nashaba is a winery, distillery, brewery, restaurant and vineyard now employing over 100 people.   Nashoba Valley represents something special to  thousands of people that put forth the effort to save the winery from being develop, that worked at the winery to make it special, that supported us throughout the years and that rallied behind us when a few members of government thought we needed to stop being so successful.  Thank you to the Town of Bolton, the Bolton Conservation Trust, Dave Boeri, Governor Baker, newpapers and radio people and all of the politicians that supported the original APR and stood with us in tough times.


 

Justin PelletierOwner / Grower/ Director of Operations/ The Future

Justin is the co-owner, production and grower director and team supervisor. He grew up in the business and has spent time at University of Connecticut, Somoma State University and University of California-Davis.  Since June of 2018, as the Director of Operations,  he is in charge of managing all production aspects produceing the best wines, spirits and beers possible.

 

Rich PelletierIT, Development and all round maintenance. 

Purchased the winery in 1995, Rich has held every position at the winery but thankfully only for a short period of time.  Now as the assistant to Justin, he has taken on the roll of consultant and director of expansion.

 

Cindy PelletierMarketing & Functions

Cindy has a tremendous amount of function and event experience from her days with the L.P.G.A and IMG.  Involved with marketing and coordination of restaurant private event.

 

Annie ParrowGeneral Manager / Sales

For over 11 years, Annie jas beem the General Manager overseeing almost all operations and being the Human Resourse Director for Nashoba and Friend of all.   Critical to the growth of Nashoba, Annie oversees all and makes sure that the finishing touches for all events are complete.  Where there is an issue, Annie is the resolution expert.
